As an Associate Account Manager, your role will be to work closely with the team of account managers within the department to help them meet their sales goals while ensuring that we provide high-quality service to our various business partners. Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong financial and sales skills
  • Action-oriented with the ability to deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, proactivity and sound judgment
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance or accounting
  • 1-3 years' experience related to the position

  • experience with a CRM (an asset)
  • experience in financing and/or relations with financial partners will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers to support them in achieving their new business volume and growth objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze credit applications from active and future clients.
  • Work on annual credit renewals for active clients
  • Develop and implement marketing and solicitation strategies to meet and exceed organizational objectives.
  • Follow up on monthly audits with existing clients to ensure the security of our portfolio.
  • Support account managers throughout the sales cycle with both clients and vendors.
  • Ensure impeccable after-sales service for our clients and various partners.
  • Structure transactions with the sales team and credit department.
  • Create and analyze various reports as requested by the sales team.
  • Conduct industry analysis to develop new business opportunities.
  • Any other related tasks.
