About The Position

Our client is looking for Associate Account Executives to drive provider and parent growth throughout Texas. Help launch client platform as one of our first local sales hires, and work directly with the founding team. You’ll be responsible for pitching and signing up the best camps, after-school programs, and kids’ activity providers to join the platform, while helping build local awareness and encourage parent engagement. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who loves connecting with business owners, thrives in fast-paced environments, hits ambitious targets, and is motivated by making parenting easier for families.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to hit or exceed individual sales targets
  • Comfortable with outbound selling: including email, phone, and in-person outreach
  • Clear communicator, energetic relationship-builder, and self-starter
  • Highly organized and able to manage a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Based in or around Houston and energized by engaging with local businesses and communities
  • Ability to work weekends as needed and drive to meet providers as needed.
  • 1+ years in outbound sales (C2C, B2B,etc.) STRONGLY preferred
  • Genuine interest in education/youth programming
  • Ability and willingness to communicate and build relationships!!!
  • Excited about the startup pace and motivated by that idea (NOT a "punch in/punch out", high direction)
  • Hungry to win and make parents and providers lives easier

Nice To Haves

  • experience in childcare or elementary school programs preferred
  • bachelors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect New Providers: Build a strong pipeline of potential activity providers: from summer camps, after school programs, and classes for kids.
  • Pitch and Close Deals: Conduct outreach (calls, emails, meetings), deliver pitches, and close providers to join the platform.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel: Track and manage leads through CRM tools, reporting regularly on sales activities and progress.
  • Onboard New Providers: Ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding, setting up providers for early success.
  • Be a Local Ambassador: Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm when interacting with parents and providers.
  • Collaborate with Co-Founders: Work closely with the Co-Founders to hit local market growth goals and support overall expansion efforts.
