About The Position

The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is an entry-level to early-career sales role designed to train future Account Executives. The role functions as an apprentice to senior sellers, supporting the sales team in prospecting, pitch development, account coverage, and day-to-day sales activity. While not a quota-carrying position, the AAE plays an active role in the selling process and gains direct exposure to clients, agencies, and the full sales motion. The primary objective of the role is sales training and readiness, while meaningfully increasing the productivity of the sales team. GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.
