About The Position
The Transfer Agency is looking for candidates for the role of Client Services Associate II. This is a client-facing role, supporting several Transfer Agency clients and their associated Business Development Manager (BDM). The responsibilities involve both responding to and engaging with the client to solve day-to-day issues as well as planning for future projects. This job is located in North Quincy, MA. The team you will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability. To make that happen we need teams to provide responsive support for both deliverables and ad-hoc requests. You will help us build resilience and execute day-to-day deliverables at our best. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in Transfer Agency
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of computer systems, financial operations and/or mutual fund and related industries a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison for the client and other interested parties within their organization
- Assist with launching new client products, funds, classes, and services
- Support Reporting and Audit requests
- Coordinate change management events
- Respond timely to client and internal inquiries
- Provide support to Client Services team of 2 onshore and 2 offshore associates
