About The Position

This fast-paced position uses Heat Presses to adhere custom items to products such as swimwear, clothing, and nylon flags. Customizing lanyards, vinyl flags, and other items is also the responsibility of this department. On a daily basis, the employee will use paper and computer files, websites, and other means to verify the customization of product is correct.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding/prior usage of computer software
Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
Collaborative, driven, can-do approach to find solutions, overcome objections, and resolve issues.
Consistent learning mindset that supports growth and development.

Responsibilities

Stand with considerable walking and upper body movement throughout shift.
Keep and consistently update paper filing system.
Quality Check incoming product by noticing color and alignment mistakes.
Order supplies as needed, online and over the phone.
Send supplies to other locations, upon request.
Follow picture and written instructions to ensure customization is correct.
Manage time effectively to complete daily tasks and all orders within the expected timeframe.
Communicate via e-mail, text, and phone calls between departments.
Learn company computer programs, printer, and plotter.
Learn, understand, and follow current workflows and processes.
Daily usage of ERM and graphics software.
Cooperate with other areas within the department and with all departments within the company.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
