The Associate Vice President of Ticketing Revenue will manage a solution-oriented ticket operations department focused on advancing revenue generation objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive ticketing, sales, and service strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction in line with University expectations. The Assoc VP will serve as the primary contact for all ticketing partners, support the sales team, monitor industry best practices, and analyze sales data to inform future campaigns and lead generation. Additionally, the position requires fostering a collaborative culture, coordinating with the Bulls Club and marketing department for annual fund campaigns, participating in revenue planning meetings, assisting with budget and business plan creation, and tracking daily ticket sales and renewals across all sports.
