About The Position

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Ticketing Revenue will manage a solution-oriented ticket operations department focused on advancing revenue generation objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement overall ticketing, sales, and service strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction in alignment with University expectations. The AVP will serve as the main point of contact for all ticketing partners, including primary and other distribution partners, and will support the sales team's outbound sales efforts. A key responsibility is to proactively monitor ticketing industry best practices to ensure the department remains at the forefront of ticketing innovation. The position requires analyzing historical and current sales data and performance metrics to inform future sales campaigns and identify new lead sources for the ticket sales and service teams. Fostering a strong, collaborative, and cohesive culture across units and the overall team is essential. In coordination with the Bulls Club and marketing department, the AVP will develop and implement annual fund solicitation and touchpoint campaigns. Participation in planning meetings to discuss organizational revenue opportunities and collaboration with other stakeholders to support departmental goals are also required. The role includes assisting in the creation and management of a budget and business plan, and is responsible for daily revenue tracking of ticket sales and renewals across all sports for leadership and key stakeholders. Other duties and assignments as assigned.
