The Associate – Digital Product Operations supports the successful adoption and ongoing operation of Hyperdrive, American Express's enterprise platform for real-time data processing. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and internal application teams, this role helps guide customers through the onboarding process while contributing to the continued evolution of the platform. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and working with people across diverse technical and business disciplines. The successful candidate is organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. They enjoy understanding how complex systems work, can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are willing to explore technical tools and data to better understand customer needs and operational outcomes. As part of the Product organization, this role provides hands-on experience in enterprise product management, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and the delivery of modern data products that enable real-time business capabilities across American Express.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the successful adoption and ongoing operation of Hyperdrive, American Express's enterprise platform for real-time data processing.
