About The Position
Premier ProduceOne is seeking a hands-on, motivated Warehouse Associate for their night shift team. This role is responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing inventory to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity goals
