About The Position

Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living Community is looking for a compassionate and dependable Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) to support residents with daily care, medication assistance, and plenty of kindness. In this role, you will help residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines. You will also help residents look and feel their best, notice changes in their care needs, and communicate updates to the team. Your attention to detail matters — especially when supporting medication administration using the five rights: right resident, right medication, right dose, right time, and right route. You will be part caregiver, part problem-solver, part safety champion, and part mood-booster. Whether you are restocking supplies, documenting care, completing work orders, or sharing a smile with a resident or family member, your work helps create a community where residents feel seen, supported, and valued. If you believe every resident has gifts to share and deserves care filled with dignity, purpose, and joy, we would love to meet you.
