About The Position

We are seeking a caring and dependable Assisted Living Personal Care Partner II (QMAP) to support residents with daily care and medication assistance. In this role, you will help residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and daily routines. You will also support medication administration by following established procedures, documenting accurately, and helping ensure residents receive the right medication at the right time. The ideal candidate is compassionate, observant, and committed to resident safety and well-being. You will communicate changes in resident needs, support families as appropriate, and work closely with team members to provide respectful, person-centered care. Requirements

  • Medication certification; QMAP-A/L, Med Tech, Med Aide, Nurse Delegation (per the state of operation requirements)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
  • High school or Equivalent (GED)
  • Proficient computer skills preferred
  • Strong self-management and organization skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
