About The Position

The Assisted Living & Memory Care Clinical Manager provides nursing leadership and oversight to Assisted Living and Special Care residents and oversees nursing team members assigned to the units. The role ensures compliance and coordinates care and services for residents, working collaboratively with the Director of Assisted Living and all Fairlawn departments. This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Active Ohio LPN or RN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Wide knowledge and experience working with older adults.
• Five or more years of long-term care experience.
• Willingness to obtain an Infection Preventionist Certificate of Training.

Nice To Haves

• College degree.
• Previous Assisted Living and Memory Care experience.
• One year of management or nursing leadership experience.
