About The Position

White Oak of Tryon is hiring an Assisted Living Medication Aide to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at its Benson Hall Assisted Living community in Tryon, North Carolina. The role includes safely administering medications in accordance with North Carolina regulations, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and building meaningful relationships with residents and families. The aide works alongside a team dedicated to providing exceptional care with dignity, compassion, and respect.

The starting pay range is $17.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience, with shift differentials. Twelve-hour shifts are available at 7 AM and 7 PM. The posting indicates PRN and full-time availability. Benefits are available to eligible employees.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Medication Aide Certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
