Assisted Living Care Partner (2PM-10PM Tues-Sat)
About The Position
At Tenfold Senior Living, the Assisted Living Care Partner delivers personalized care to community residents by getting to know each resident and their unique needs. The role supports residents with personal care, mobility, and housekeeping, and uses electronic health records and other systems to track care accurately and consistently with each resident’s care plan. The Care Partner observes residents for safety and reports changes in condition and other pertinent information to the Resident Services Director. The position is full-time and scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM. The listed pay is $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, based on experience. Tenfold states that team members and residents must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or eligible for a reasonable accommodation for medical or sincerely held religious reasons.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
- Meet all applicable licensing and background requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized resident care based on each resident’s individual needs.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, using the bathroom, and grooming.
- Assist residents with mobility, including escorting and transfers.
- Help residents with housekeeping tasks, such as making beds and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
- Use electronic health records and other systems to accurately track care and ensure it is delivered consistently with each resident’s care plan.
- Observe residents for safety and report changes in condition or other pertinent information to the Resident Services Director.
