About The Position

At Tenfold Senior Living, the Med Tech delivers personalized care to residents by learning their individual needs and providing care consistent with each resident’s care plan. The position is scheduled Friday through Monday, 2 PM–10 PM. Team members and residents must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or eligible for a reasonable accommodation for medical or sincerely held religious reasons.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors.
Meet all applicable licensing and background requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work Friday through Monday, 2 PM–10 PM.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications in strict compliance with physician orders.
Keep medication documentation current and accurate.
Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies, and maintain a neat, clean, and organized medication room consistent with applicable standards and procedures.
Monitor psychotropic medication use for consistency with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors warrant its use.
Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist residents with mobility, including escorting and transferring.
Assist residents with housekeeping, such as making beds and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
Use electronic health records and other systems to accurately track and deliver resident care consistent with care plans.
Observe residents for safety and report changes in condition or other pertinent information to the Resident Services Director.
