About The Position

This role involves a variety of administrative tasks to support office operations. Key responsibilities include managing communications, maintaining records, and providing general office support. Some positions may also involve specialized tasks such as basic bookkeeping or project assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Ability to multitask

  • Associate degree or certificate in administration

Responsibilities

  • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff or executives
  • Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence, reports, memos, and emails
  • Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory
  • Arranging travel
  • Performing basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or assisting with project-based tasks (in some roles)
