About The Position

The purpose of these positions is to instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the students shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, sportsmanship, and service to others. Windham High School is accepting applications for: Assistant Wrestling Coach.

Requirements

Must have or be able to acquire annual CPR/First Aid Certification along with select NFHS and State of NH certifications.
Must have a strong knowledge and commitment to following rules, expectations, policies, and procedures of the Windham School District and NHIAA.
All candidates are responsible for providing evidence that they meet the above qualifications, which must be included with their letter of application.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in the respective sport as a head coach at or high school, OR at least five (5) years of successful experience as an assistant coach in college or high school is preferred.
Secondary Teaching certification is preferred but not required.
