About The Position
Windham High School is seeking an Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The primary purpose of this role is to instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success. Additionally, the coach will guide students in developing moral values, pride in accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, sportsmanship, and a commitment to service.
Requirements
- Must have or be able to acquire annual CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Must have or be able to acquire select NFHS and State of NH certifications.
- Must have a strong knowledge and commitment to following rules, expectations, policies, and procedures of the Windham School District and NHIAA.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as a head coach at the high school level.
- At least five (5) years of successful experience as an assistant coach in college or high school.
- Secondary Teaching certification.
