About The Position
Starwood Hotels is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Wellness Manager to lead the spa team and provide support and direction as needed. The role focuses on maintaining a serene spa environment, ensuring appointments run on time, responding to guest requests, and consistently delivering a world-class luxury spa experience. The position requires flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of similar work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of spa operations.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
