Requirements

2 years of warehouse experience
1 year of supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains logical locations for all parts and notes location in computer by part number
Employs systems to minimize obsolescence
Develops systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking, and controlling all parts and related documentation daily
Assists accounting with any claims, credit, or inventory discrepancies as requested
Stocks and posts incoming orders
Reviews special inventory to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock
Ensures that credits are issued for customer returned parts
Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit
Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
Assists in monthly parts returns
Assists counter people with check, insurance, and credit card processing when possible
Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department
Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
Ensures that areas of the parts department are properly stocked
Keeps parts area clean and uncluttered
Maintains professional appearance
