About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university.
• More than five years of related experience in Commercial real estate loan in the Houston market.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through strong communication skills.
• Evaluate tax returns, financial statements, projections, and cash flows.
• Understand appraisal reports, environmental reports, construction contracts, and mechanics’ liens.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information and developing alternative solutions.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit by giving and welcoming feedback.
• Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals by analyzing the market and competition.
