About The Position

The Assistant Vice President, Claims Program Manager leads the strategy, design, delivery, and governance of technical claims training and professional development across the US Claims organization. It collaborates with Claims Leaders, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Legal, panel counsel, and subject matter experts to keep training aligned with Claims Best Practices, QA standards, regulatory obligations, and emerging claim trends. The position may be based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Manhattan, Scottsdale, or West Hartford. It is hybrid and requires two days in the office each week.
