About The Position

The Assistant Vice President, AiEX Product Management will join Tradeweb’s Automated Intelligent Execution (AiEX) and Workflow Solutions team, which manages and grows Tradeweb’s automated trading functionality and develops solutions for clients’ trading workflow goals. This client-facing role works across teams on product support, client onboarding, analytics, integration services, pre- and post-trade execution, AiEX, and API trading. The successful candidate will develop subject-matter expertise in AiEX and serve as a point person for internal and external stakeholders. The role calls for an analytical, creative, and client-focused approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving, and supporting the platform’s growth and operational excellence. Familiarity with financial technology, particularly front-office order management systems and execution workflows across fixed income, derivatives, and equities, is desirable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extremely comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

Own client queries and issues through diagnosis, escalation, and resolution.
Proactively monitor the AiEX system to support optimal operation and early issue detection.
Assist clients with onboarding and testing as new clients or when expanding their product scope with Tradeweb.
Perform internal testing and maintain documentation.
Analyze data to help internal and external stakeholders monitor automation performance.
Work with clients to refine AiEX rules to achieve better execution outcomes.
Drive operational efficiency.
Guide customers through system integration and certify new workflows.
Work with Tradeweb’s sales force to increase trade volume by establishing direct server-to-server links with customers.
Train customers on product enhancements.
Work with product teams on new enhancements.
Support the Tradeweb system daily and work effectively under pressure.
Document and manage projects as needed.
Apply critical and creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach.
