About The Position

The Assistant Venue Manager will help strategically lead the venue team and drive guest satisfaction. The role supports the venue’s daily operations, service standards, revenue growth, financial and operational targets, and colleague development. It also balances operational, administrative, and colleague needs while following department policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Lead the department’s day-to-day operation and ensure service standards are followed.
• Create and implement promotional programs to increase outlet revenue.
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings.
• Ensure the department meets financial and operational targets.
• Follow the annual budget and administer it responsibly.
• Monitor food, beverage, labor, and operating expenses.
• Monitor guest service standards and seek ways to improve products and service and increase volume and profits.
• Select, train, and develop colleagues to support timely recruitment and career growth.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
