About The Position

The Assistant Unified Basketball Coach works closely with the head coach to support the team's plan and runs assigned aspects of practice based on their skills. The coach also supervises students until they are picked up after practices and/or meets, organizes and supervises game help, and assists with supervision at activities. Regular attendance is required. The position has no supervisory responsibilities and requires no travel. The appointment is for the 2026–2027 school year, with contract days varying by program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• CHSAA test and regulation requirements.
• Concussion education and training.
• Prior coaching experience in this sport.
• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards.
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position.
