About The Position

OSU Cowboy Dining is an ambassador of Oklahoma State University Athletics. OSU Cowboy Dining is the foodservice organization that supports Oklahoma State University Athletics through dining services within our Athletic Training Table, Gameday and Special Events. At OSU Cowboy Dining our goal is to provide extraordinary service to our athletes and donors as well as providing a quality atmosphere for our team members all while maintaining a first-class facility.

Requirements

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of hospitality experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring dining room operations to help ensure quality service, cleanliness, and safe working conditions.
• Support daily meal service by completing assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and operational standards established by Cowboy Dining Management.
• Work collaboratively with culinary staff to support Training Table meal service operations.
• Participate in onboarding and peer training activities as assigned by supervisors.
• Communicate operational concerns, supply needs, or service issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in assigned work areas.
• Assist with special events and meal services held within the Training Table dining room.
• Support additional meal services, including pregame meals, grab-and-go meals, and departure meals.
• Work all home football games and facility-hosted events.
• Carry out all responsibilities under the direction of Cowboy Dining Management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
