About The Position

Berks Catholic High School is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative professional to serve as an Assistant for the Admissions & Marketing Office. This position supports the daily operations of admissions, enrollment, marketing, and communications while helping promote the mission and values of Berks Catholic High School to prospective families and the greater community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor
  • A strong commitment to Catholic education and modeling Catholic values
  • Clear records of Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, and Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal Background Fingerprint Check as required under Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Act 153 of 2014 (No less than 1 year old.)
  • Attendance at the online Protecting God's Children class and Mandated Reporter Training.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing and social media experience preferred
  • Graphic design experience is a plus
  • Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with admissions and enrollment processes
  • Managing office communications and scheduling
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Assisting with social media content creation and posting
  • Maintaining databases and records
  • Helping coordinate events, tours, and outreach activities
  • Creating flyers, graphics, and marketing materials
  • Providing general administrative support to the Admissions & Marketing team
