About The Position

Assist in the administration of various tests. This role plays a central part in the everyday operations of HCC, ensuring that testing processes run smoothly. The team is dynamic and works closely with inspiring leaders across different parts of the institution, providing students with cutting-edge academic and career tools while also taking care of its people.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • MS Office Programs
  • Valid Texas Driver License

Nice To Haves

  • Testing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with department processes; including, but not limited to: registration, data entry, ensuring completeness of testing applications, test scheduling and testing room seating arrangements.
  • Maintain visual supervision of the candidates; observe candidates carefully to ensure that they are working in the right section of the test booklet or answer sheet, for collusions, cheating and other improprieties or irregularities.
  • Score test if required by Supervisor.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures in cooperation with the Systems office.
  • May work off-hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.
