This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to technology-related requests, and maintaining technical documentation. The specialist will serve as a resource person for technical expertise, providing information, assistance, and training to staff and students. Additionally, they will advise on purchasing and contracting hardware and software, install approved software, set up technology equipment, and assist with inventory and record-keeping functions.
