The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader in providing leadership and direct activities of a mobile multi-disciplinary treatment team. This role involves supporting staff, enforcing communication, leading meetings in the absence of the team leader, providing direction on cases, conducting side-by-side contacts and individual supervision meetings, being available for emergency consultation, dedicating 50% of time to direct participant services, and 50% to administrative and supervisory duties. The role also ensures cross-training among team members, shared responsibilities for recipients and charting, support in writing and revising service plans, and advocacy for participant rights and preferences. Participation in an on-call rotation is also required, along with additional responsibilities as assigned.
