About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized; develop their ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; and communicate effectively with families. They also complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The role is suited to energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
