About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on helping children learn and develop in a safe, engaging environment. The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care of every child, maintains a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develops skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
