About The Position

Get Ready, Set, Grow, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an Assistant Teacher. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. The Assistant Teacher helps lead learning activities that support children’s development, monitors their progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Endeavor Schools offers education incentives and career development programs to support educators’ growth and advancement. The organization operates more than 100 schools in 14 states and provides schools with different educational styles and methods.

Requirements

High school diploma.
40 DCF hours, or willingness to obtain them within the first year of employment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
