About The Position
Everbrook Academy of Foggy Bottom is seeking an energetic, dependable Assistant Teacher with a passion for working with children. Assistant Teachers support the daily care of children, follow licensing guidelines and company standards, and help maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They develop skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires the ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. The listed pay is $18.49–$20.17 per hour, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options are available. The work week is Monday through Friday. Benefits vary by employment status: full-time employees receive immediate medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match; limited medical coverage is offered to part-time workers. Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, is available to all employees.
