Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children in a child care center, following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; develop skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs; and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to meet applicable state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. The work involves engaging in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
