Requirements

Shall have a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent.
Shall have one (1) year of experience in the early childhood field.
Must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aide Certification.
Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Will be exposed to illness-causing bacteria and viruses.

Nice To Haves

A 2-year degree is preferred.
An option of actively participating in a CDA certification program exists, but prior approval by the Director is needed.
