About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. The role helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. Assistant Teachers develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
