About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on supporting children’s daily care, learning, and development. The Assistant Teacher helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. The role includes developing skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, communicating with families, and completing training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
