Assistant Teacher
About The Position
The Assistant Teacher supports teachers in implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary curriculum in an immersive classroom setting. The role helps create an engaging, welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and grow, while maintaining quality, compliance, health, and safety standards. The Assistant Teacher also communicates with parents and families about children’s experiences and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position offers compensation of $18.00–$20.00 per hour and a stated schedule of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Candidates must have a genuine passion for the education and care of children, a high school diploma or GED, and meet any applicable background-screening or state-licensing requirements. ECE coursework is preferred.
