About The Position

Cranfield Academy Morrisville, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an Assistant Teacher. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime to maintain a safe, positive learning environment. The Assistant Teacher helps lead learning activities, supports children's development, monitors their progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
EDU 119 credentials or equivalent, plus 6 additional ECE credits.
One year of experience in a licensed facility.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Responsibilities

Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum.
