About The Position

Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support its Toddler or Pre-K Programs. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. The Assistant Teacher also helps lead learning activities, monitors children’s progress and development, and fosters a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The school offers educators a supportive environment, resources for teaching, education incentives, and career development programs. Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool is part of Endeavor Schools, which operates more than 100 schools in 14 states.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

CDA or college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
One or more years of experience.
