About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children at a child care center, following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; engage with children; and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities
