About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children at a child care center, following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; develop their ability to observe and assess children and plan for their needs; and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The employer seeks energetic, dependable individuals who are passionate about working with children.
