About The Position

This role supports the daily care and learning of children in a child care center. The Assistant Teacher helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards. The position also involves developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, communicating effectively with families, and completing training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
