About The Position

Child Development Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The role focuses on assisting with the guidance of young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. The Assistant Teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that support children’s growth across different areas of development and builds strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
