About The Position

The Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at a child care center. The role includes following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children. Assistant Teachers also communicate with families and complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The employer seeks energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children.
