About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide for its school in Palm Beach Gardens. The Assistant Guide supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom serving infants, toddlers, and children ages 3–6. The role helps create a calm, engaging environment in which children can explore, learn, and develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning at their own pace. The Assistant Guide prepares and maintains intentional learning spaces and supports individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. The position also involves building relationships with children and families and collaborating with Lead Guides and other team members.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Montessori experience.
