About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children while following licensing guidelines and company standards. They maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; develop their ability to observe and assess children and plan for their needs; communicate effectively with families; and complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development. The role is suited to energetic, dependable individuals passionate about working with children.
