About The Position

Assistant Teachers help provide daily care for children at a child care center while supporting a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, develop their ability to observe and assess children and plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
