About The Position

This is a child care center role focused on helping children become lifelong learners. The Assistant Teacher supports children’s daily care, maintains a fun and interactive classroom, and develops skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
