About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Assistant Teacher to help create a positive, engaging learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. This is an entry-level position. Assistant Teachers partner with other teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to make learning fun. They help maintain classroom and program quality, health, and safety standards; collaborate with colleagues to foster a welcoming environment; and communicate children’s adventures and achievements to families through mobile apps and personal conversations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and applicable state licensing requirements; ECE coursework is preferred.
